A mobile leading brand well-known for its unconventional technology and digitalization. The Product had seen noteworthy expansion over the last few year’s across the world. The company had launched a new graphic rich and highly digitalised mobile brand, which was not selling very well in suburbs. Though, the mobile had all the competences related to phone and looks but they were struggling to make sales in rural areas. To upsurge its trade in rural area, they sought an aided hand from TRIAD to increase the sales.
To overcome the challenge of fewer sale of mobile devices in rural areas. TRIAD scrutinised reason of less sales in those areas. Dealers and the retailers were not profusely proficient on the mobile specification and technology. They were not notifying the accurate and all the features to clienteles. Dealers were not encouraged to make sales. To upsurge the sales, TRIAD formulated a plan to persuade the dealers and its champs to increase the sales. Articulated a training campaign for the dealers, designed 3 rounds of training phases with a test post training. Rewards were offered on each footstep i.e. attending training, clearing the training certification and then on accomplishing sales target.
With continuous effort of TRIAD, the dealers gathered proper knowledge of product. Also, achieved substantial increase in the sale of the product. TRIAD gathered many succeeding sales campaigns.
